It also retains its temperature, much like cast iron, but does not contain iron or lead. Namb is completely foodsafe, withstands freezer, oven, stovetop and grill temperatures, and makes a stunning yet functional serving piece that will never tarnish. To care for Namb, hand wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly. No two pieces are exactly alike, and slight imperfections may occur due to the molding process and individual handcraftsmanship.
